We would like to inform you that the brand Glorious makes use of logistics and accounting of the brand elevator.de and is a division of Global Distribution GmbH & Co. KG.
Shipping Costs
Should the shipping costs deviate significantly from the estimated first-rate value (i.e. in case of bulky items), we reserve the right to contact you before shipment.
Payment
There are two possibilities for you to arrange payment:
1. Advance payment; only in EUR made to our account as displayed in the following:

2. Via Paypal; please send the money to the PayPal recipient info@elevator.de Please make sure to include order number, invoice number and customer number. We will dispatch your order after receipt of the amount invoiced.
Delivery
We ship all goods via DHL, UPS or forwarding agent for overland transportation. As soon as the invoice has been paid we will send the goods including all necessary customs papers on the package.
Customs
We ship all goods including all necessary customs papers. Customs duties, that are calculated based on the respective country of destination, have to be paid and handled by the buyer.
Claim
If you want to file a complaint or would like to return the goods for whatever reason, please get in contact with us via the support ticket request.
